pastor vera wishes to thank all who attended and helped to make her retirement concert such a special, momentous occasion. She wishes to thank everyone, for your love and support. God is so good!
We would like to thank all of Genesee Baptist Church for participating in the Pastor’s Retirement Concert last Sunday. Of course, we want to thank Pastor Vera most of all for the time and effort she put into planning such a beautiful, momentous event – all to benefit the ministries of our church. It was a big undertaking, but the help of everyone made it possible. Special thanks to the deacons, special events committee and the technology committee for going above and beyond. There are many people who did so much in our church, and it made all the difference in the world. We apologize for not being able to call everyone by name.
As a reminder, audio CDs ($10) and commemorative DVDs ($25) are on sale now for pre-order. Unfortunately, we can only take orders accompanied by payment (cash, check or credit/debit card). They will be available next month for pick up. Please see one of us for an order form. (There will also be some in the church office). Although we requested that no video be taken, we would humbly ask that those members who did so anyway not distribute them, and please purchase a DVD, so that the church can benefit from our much-needed fundraiser. Thank you so much!
