CALL TO WORSHIP

Leader:  Faith is the assurance of things hoped for and the conviction of things not seen.

People:  Noah had faith in the unseen miracles and glories of God.

Leader:  God’s grace is the unmerited divine favor in love toward his    peculiar people.

People:  Noah obtained grace in fear of failing God and his love

for God.

Leader:  Noah’s justification by faith began in an ark that was perfected in Heaven.

People:  Our justification by faith begins in God’s ark, our Church,  on our journey to be perfected in heaven.

All:  Thank you Lord for your grace and mercy. God’s grace is sufficient for us! Amen!

*PROCESSIONAL HYMN              “Love Lifted Me”               insert

*INVOCATION (In Unison) Glorious God, who provides an ark when we are flooded in the deep waters of sin.  We thank you for saving the eight souls from earthly wickedness.  We also thank you for those eight soul’s faithfulness that brought divine deliverance.  As those eight souls worshipped your divine deliverance, we, today, worship the divine deliverance that keeps us from drowning in the sins of this world.  We thank you for your son, Jesus Christ, who is the ark that saves us from the drowning in this world’s wickedness of arrogance and pride.  Forgive us our sins and lead us to the open righteous door of grace that is in Heaven.  We pray in the precious name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
